Product Description
Machine features of cnc vertical machining center :
1. The main basic parts such as the base, sliding seat, workbench, column, and headstock are made of high-rigidity cast iron structure. Reinforcing ribs are distributed inside the base. The sliding seat is a box structure to ensure the high rigidity and rigidity of the basic parts. Bending resistance and shock absorption performance, the column adopts "herringbone" structure, the foundation is stable, and the rigidity is good; the basic parts are molded with resin sand and undergo aging treatment to ensure the stability of the machine's long-term use accuracy and provide a guarantee for the stability of the machine's performance.
2. The X, Y and Z axes are all steel ball rolling linear guides, which have large load, wide span and high precision. With automatic forced lubrication, high-speed and smooth movement of the machine tool can be realized;
3. The X, Y, Z three directions of feed use high-precision and high-strength ball screws, with high feed speed; the drive motor is directly connected to the screw through an elastic coupling, and the feed servo motor directly transmits the power to the high Precision ball screw, no backlash, to ensure the positioning accuracy of the machine tool;
4. It adopts high-speed, high-precision, and high-rigidity spindle unit from a well-known Taiwanese brand, with strong axial and radial load-bearing capacity, and a speed of 6000rpm;
5. The spindle adopts a central air blowing structure. After the spindle is released, the central high-pressure gas is used to clean the inner cone of the spindle to ensure the accuracy of tool clamping;
6. The X, Y, and Z directions guide rails and lead screws are all sealed and protected to ensure the cleanliness of the lead screws and guide rails and ensure the transmission and movement accuracy of the machine tool;
7. The outer protection of the machine tool adopts a semi-protective structure design, which is convenient to use;
8. Adopting Taiwan's high-quality 24 disc tool magazines, with accurate tool change, short time and high efficiency. It has been tested by millions of times and meets the reliability requirements; with a damping structure, it can reduce the impact during movement and ensure the tool The service life of the library; pneumatic drive, tool change in the shortest path;
