German technical background VOK®-DF 045 defoamer
Emulsion adhesives, colorants, and stucco antifoaming agents used in their production and during coating. The defoaming agent is stable in storage, resistant to ultraviolet radiation yellowing and has no effect on the color acceptability and color rendering of the coloring system. VOK®-DF 045 was specially developed for emulsion systems with a pigment concentration of 40-80% by volume.
Moreover, it is also effective in non-pigment systems (e.g., adhesives, colorants).
It is easy to add and safe, with no separation even in low viscosity systems.
Chemical composition: Hydrophobic solid, emulsifier and emulsion of foaming polysiloxane
Water solvent:
Additive dosage :0.1-1.5 % of the total formula dosage
