Features and Advantages

VOK®-DF 051 N is the best compatible defoamer in the VOK®-DF 05 1N / 052 N / 053 N series. It shows good effect in polar system. The effect is weak in non-polar systems. Because of its good compatibility, it does not reduce transparency in the varnish and does not produce shrinkage holes in the sensitive system.

Recommended use

Recommended for solvent-based automobile original factory paint recommended dosage 0.05-0.5% of additives (supply form) based on the total formula.

The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the appropriate dosage needs to be determined through a series of tests.

Adding method and processing instruction

For good performance, the defoaming agent should be added to the abrasive before grinding. If added at a later stage, sufficient shear force is required to ensure good dispersion of the defoaming agent to prevent shrinkage cavity.
