Storage and transportation

Store and transport between 0 and 40 °C. Temperature sensitive emulsion. If the storage temperature is above or below the recommended range, it must be tested before use and, if necessary, re-emulsified at room temperature.

Product features and advantages

The defoaming agent can be used in a variety of latex paints and stucco, especially in the color volume concentration range of 50-85. The additive has good cost performance and contains organic silicon components which enhance the defoaming effect and are compatible with coatings.

Recommended use

This defoaming agent is especially recommended for use in latex paint/exterior paint and emulsion stucco. It can also be used in the production of emulsion adhesives.

Suggested usage

0.1-0.5 % additive amount (purchase form) based on the total formula. Up to 0.8 % under certain circumstances.

The above recommended dosage is for reference only, and the appropriate dosage needs to be determined through a series of tests.

Adding method and processing instruction

Under normal circumstances, 2/3 of the amount of the defoaming agent can be added to the abrasive and 1/3 of the amount can be added to the mixing or finished paint. In order to avoid defects, it must be added with sufficient shear force.
