Two, TD505-FZ stainless steel Lei's boiling box structure characteristics
Boiling box: It is composed of boiling box, controller and connecting cable.
The BOILING CHAMBER IS MAINLY COMPOSED OF COVER 1, INNER AND OUTER WALL 2, LABYRINTH PLATE 3, INSULATION LAYER 4, ELECTRIC HEATING TUBE 5, DRAIN VALVE 6, HANDLE 7, VENT 8, WATER SEAL TANK 9 AND JUNCTION BOX 10. The chamber AND the labyrinth plates are made of stainless steel, and the exterior surface is worn.
The controller consists of the chassis, FZH-3 logic board, baseboard, and panel. An AC relay and a logic board socket are installed on the baseplate. The control logic board is inserted into the socket, and the regulated power supply is also installed on the logic board. The panel is equipped with a variety of control switches, buttons and indicators, behind the housing is a power supply line outlet, the load line outlet and the safety panel and the bottom plate are connected with a 16-pin plug seat.

Operation rules of TD505-FZ all stainless steel Reay's boiling box
1, first add water to the boiling box to the bottom of the box to calculate the depth of 180mm, the standard curing test cake or Lei's clip from the glass plate is taken down flat on the test cake shelf or Lei's clip two pins up on the grate plate.
2, through to the electrical control cabinet power supply, start the "automatic" switch, boiling the water will be 30 minutes in the oven, a set of 3 kw electric heater automatically stop working, and cook for 3 hours boiling in the full stop working automatically, digital display at this time is 210 minutes, electric control box buzzer start, after the boiling water by copper hot water tap, Open the box cover until the box is cooled to room temperature, and take out the specimen for testing.
3. If the filling water temperature in the boiling box is lower than about 200C, the manual switch on the electrical control box can be started first to the "rising" temperature zone, and the water will be heated to about 200C, stop the manual switch and start the "automatic" switch to automatically run.
4. Clean fresh water must be used in the boiling tank, and water engase must be cleaned regularly.
