Studio materials

Compared with conventional drying techniques, it has the following advantages:
◆ Vacuum environment greatly reduces the need to remove the liquid boiling point, so vacuum drying can be easily applied to heat sensitive substances;
◆ For samples that are not easy to dry, such as powder or other granular samples, vacuum drying method can effectively shorten the drying time;
◆ All kinds of mechanical parts with complex structure of other porous samples after cleaning using vacuum drying method, completely dry after leaving any residual material;
◆ Safer use ---- under vacuum or inert conditions, completely eliminate the possibility of oxide heat explosion;
◆ Compared with the ordinary drying relying on air circulation, the powder samples will not be blown or moved by the flowing air;
Control features: with power failure, crash state data loss and protection of parameter memory, call recovery function.

Five, the use of vacuum drying oven
Operating environment Requirements:
a) Temperature: 5 ~ 40℃
b) Relative humidity: ≤85%RH
c) Power supply voltage: AC220V±10%50Hz
d) No strong vibration and corrosive gas around
Vacuum debugging:
a) Close the door and tighten the door handle in place, close the discharge valve (make the hole on the rubber plug and the hole on the discharge valve twist 90 degrees away from each other), and open the vacuum valve (rotate 90 degrees counterclockwise). The vacuum valve may be tight in the first use, so you can rotate it forcefully.
b) Vacuum drying oven suction pipe (outer diameter :Φ16mm) and vacuum pump (2XZ-2 type, inlet outer diameter Φ16mm) are firmly connected with vacuum connecting pipe (models 6090 and 6210 have been connected) with random fittings (inner diameter :Φ16mm wall thickness :10mm). Turn on the vacuum pump power and start pumping air. When the indicator value of the vacuum gauge reaches -0.1Mpa, close the vacuum valve first and then the vacuum pump power to prevent the vacuum pump oil from flowing back into the working room. (The vacuum pump power on the panel can be directly closed for models 6090 and 6210 without vacuum valve.) At this time, the box is in a vacuum state.
True empty box debugging:
After vacuum debugging is complete, perform the following operations:
a. Turn on the power supply of the empty box, and the power indicator light should be on at this time (6090 and 6210 models should be turned on the thermostat switch respectively). The thermostat will perform power-on self-test, and the PV screen will display the temperature measured in the working room, while the SV screen will display the temperature set when leaving the factory. The AT and HEAT lights on the temperature controller should be on, indicating that the instrument enters the working state of heating.
