I. Product introduction
TD0506-1 planetary cement cement sand mixer is developed and produced by Hebei Tianqixingzi testing equipment in accordance with the industry standard of Ministry of Transport, PRC JTG 3420-2020 Test Procedures for Cement and Cement Concrete for Highway Engineering T0507-2005 Test Method for Cement Cement Fluidity.
This instrument is used for the fluidity test of the new standard GB/T2419-2005 "Cement mortar fluidity determination Method" issued in 2005, is the only designated instrument for this standard.

Iii. Installation and Debugging
The instrument must be grounded reliably.
The instrument is fastened to the base with expansion bolts. The base of the instrument is made of concrete (or brick-concrete foundation), the size of the bottom is about 400mm×400mm, the height is about 690mm. The washer should be filled between the base and the instrument frame, and the table level can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the washer. After installation, the tabletop of the instrument shall be horizontal when measured in two diameters at right angles to each other. After the jumping table is installed, the standard sample of mobility (JBW01-1-1) is used for verification. If the measured value of mobility is different from that of the given standard sample within the specified range, then the installation and use performance of the jumping table is qualified.
Iv. Usage:
The production and filling method of the sample shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB2419-2005 and GB17671-1999, and may also refer to the appendix of this specification.
1, before use, please use the inspection gauge to check the spacing.
2. If the table jump is not used within 24 hours, empty jump for a cycle of 25 times.
V. Maintenance and maintenance
After use, should wipe the instrument, remove the residual glue around the instrument, with light oil slightly lubricate the push rod, desktop and CAM surface. If not used for a long time, the instrument should be dustproof protected and the controller placed in the packaging box.
