1. Product introduction
TD604 series asphalt penetration tester is professionally designed and manufactured by Hebei Tianqi Xingzi Testing Equipment Co., LTD., in accordance with the requirements of T0604-2011 "Asphalt Penetration Test Method" in standard JTG E20-2011 "Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture in Highway Engineering" of the Ministry of Communications of the People's Republic of China.
Suitable for measuring the penetration degree of road petroleum asphalt, polymer modified asphalt and liquid petroleum asphalt distillation or emulsified asphalt residue after evaporation, 0.1mm juice. The standard test conditions are temperature 25℃, load 100g, penetration time 5s.

TD604-3 digital display automatic needle penetration tester
TD604-3/4 type liquid display automatic needle penetration tester
TD604-5 liquid display temperature control automatic needle penetration tester
Among them :TD604-3, TD604-3/4, TD604-5 all have automatic timing; Automatic value counting; Automatic calculation; Automatic storage of more than 10 groups of test data, simple operation, convenient query function and advantages.
TD604-3/4 or TD604-5 can also be added with micro printer function (model code: Y), computer upper computer control system (model code: D), networking function (model code: W).
All models can be selected as TDHWY-30 or TDHWY-10 low temperature circulating water bath produced by our company.

4.1 Features of the product
① The needle and connecting rod are easy to disassemble and assemble, convenient to check the quality.
② electronic dial indicator detection, automatic needle and display the needle process.
The lighting device is convenient to observe the contact between the needle tip and the sample surface.
④ Low temperature water bath can be used for low temperature needle penetration test.
