I. Product introduction
TDNJ-160A cement slurry mixer is tested by Hebei Tianqi Xingzi according to the industry standard JTG of Ministry of Transport of the People's Republic of China 3420-2020 Developed and produced T0505 -- 2020 Test Method for Water Consumption, Setting Time and Stability of Standard Consistency of Cement in Test Regulations for Cement and Cement Concrete of Highway Engineering.
This machine is one of the special equipment stipulated by GB1346-2001. It is a new type of double rotary double speed cement mixer manufactured according to the main technical parameters of GB3350.88-89. It is one of the necessary and indispensable equipment for cement factories, construction units, relevant professional colleges and scientific research units to mix cement and water according to the standard and stir it into a uniform test slurry for the determination of cement standard consistency, setting time and the production of stability test blocks.
Structure:
It is mainly composed of two speed motor, transmission box, spindle, eccentric seat, stirring leaf, stirring pot, base, column, support, cover, program controller and so on.
