Two, the installation of the testing machine

Three, repair and maintenance
1, the testing machine is installed in a clean, dry, uniform temperature, no vibration around, no corrosive gas effect in the environment.
2, the testing machine should be kept clean, testing machine without protective layer parts should often wipe oil, to prevent corrosion.
3, testing machine should be used for half a year to a year after the oil change, oil change, thoroughly clean the tank, oil filter, cleaning the tank method can be into the tank or kerosene, released after cleaning, repeated several times
Until the cleaning, wipe the bottom of the box with a towel, and then add clean liquid to the shaft. If the turbidity of the hydraulic oil is found to be serious and can no longer be used, it should be replaced immediately, otherwise it will accelerate the wear of various parts of the hydraulic pressure, and even the accuracy of the influence value.
Hydraulic oil specifications, depending on the temperature is recommended as follows
(1) When the ambient temperature is 10-20°C, GB-443-84N46# is used
(2) When the ambient temperature is 20-30°C, use GB-443-84N48 #
