The device meets the test requirements for the skid resistance coefficient of ceramic tiles in Appendix C of slope method critical Test Method in GB/T37798-2019 skid resistance grade evaluation of ceramic tiles.
1 Test principle:
The experimenter walks on the sloping surface of the specimen with a certain slope and gradually increases the slope Angle during walking until the limit Angle for safe walking on the slope is reached. This is taken as the critical Angle to reflect the anti-slip degree of the specimen surface.
2 Test equipment and materials
2.1 Test device
The test device is mainly composed of a platform with a width of about 600 mm and a length of about 2 000 mm, on which the test piece can be placed, and safety devices such as guardrail and safety belt on both sides. Under the control of the experimenter, the platform can continuously rotate from the horizontal position to 0° ~ 45°, and the turning-wise fine soil is 0.2°. The influence on the Angle of the test personnel walking on the I: surface should not exceed the soil 0.5\ The platform is also equipped with a water spray device that can spray the detergent solution roughly evenly on the surface of the specimen with a flow sense of (6.0± L0)L/min during the test.
