I. Introduction of TDNJ-160C cement paste mixer
This machine is one of the special equipment to implement GB1346-2001. It is a new type of double rotation and double speed cement paste mixer manufactured according to the main technical parameters of GB3350.8-89. It is one of the necessary and indispensable equipment for cement laboratories in cement factories, construction units, related professional colleges and scientific research units to mix cement and water in accordance with the standard and stir it into uniform net slurry for test purposes, which is used to determine the standard consistency of cement, setting time and make stability test blocks.
Structure:
It is mainly composed of two-speed motor, transmission box, spindle, eccentric seat, stirring leaf, stirring pot, base, column, support, outer cover, program controller and so on.
Main technical parameters of TDNJ-160C cement paste mixer:
1. Slow speed of stirring leaf rotation: 62±5r/min
2, stirring leaf rotation speed: 125±10r/min
3. Slow rotation speed of stirring leaf: 140±5r/min
4, stirring leaf rotation block speed: 285±10r/min
5, motor power: fast: 370 W, slow: 170W
