Main structure and working principle
Computer quantitative filling machine consists of feeding system, weighing system, frame, pneumatic control, control system and unpowered raceway.
Feeding mode: It is required to feed continuously and stably (feeding by feeding pump or hopper under pressure).
Filling method: ordinary conventional filling and lifting submersible filling (selected when ordering according to needs)
Frequency conversion deceleration system is adopted at the end of filling process, which automatically decelerates when it approaches the quantitative value to prevent overflow.
Adopt vacuum suction anti-drip filling nozzle to prevent material from dripping.
The weighing system consists of weighing bracket, sensor, weighing platform, unpowered roller and frame support and filling system.
During use, the weighing platform is not allowed to be subjected to additional external forces.

Model CD-QZD weighing and filling machine has a power rate of 2.2KW.
The filling capacity is 5-25KG, and there are 2 filling heads.
The production capacity is 80-120 barrels per hour/head (calculated by 20 liters) and the weight is 180KG.
