Product features:
The upper gland of the roller-type capping machine adopts the design of stainless steel chain plate conveying at the lower part of the power roller gland, which is convenient to operate and simple to maintain. It is suitable for capping large barrels such as lubricating oil barrels and coating barrels. Its working principle is that the barrel body is conveyed through stainless steel chain plate, and then the upper unpowered roller rolls the capping. This machine has the characteristics of reasonable design, compact structure and high capping speed. It is an ideal equipment for automatic capping process in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and daily chemical industries.
It is only necessary to adjust the spacing of capping wheels according to the diameter of the bottle mouth, and the height of the frame can be adjusted at will within the applicable scope, without replacing any parts.
It can be used as a stand-alone machine, or can be matched with filling, capping, sealing, labeling and other equipment to form an automatic packaging production line.
