Product features:
With the support of PLC software, the equipment can automatically increase or decrease to reach the target amount only by setting the target amount on the touch screen. Color display, touch screen to complete all operations, operating instructions and other functions.
Put the bottle on the workbench. When the foot switch is pressed (or the automatic start button is pressed), the lifting cylinder goes down to insert the filling head into the bottle, and the filling head control valve is opened to start filling. When the flow reaches the preset number, an instruction is given to close the corresponding filling heads. After all the filling heads are closed, the lifting cylinder goes up and the filling heads are pulled out of the bottle to complete the whole filling process.
