Waste tire/plastic pyrolysis plant for fuel oil is a new type of tyre oil treatment machine researched by our company through many times of experiment combined with the actual situation. The whole treating process is going under low temperature. It can effectively remove the tiny particles and Colloidal matter in the tyre oil, and meanwhile it can remove the odour of the oil, and finally makes the oil color looks clean and transparent and improve the economic value. It features high recycling rate, low costs of energy consumption, good oil processing ability. It is suitable for purification of tyre pyrolysis oil.

Many waste plastics in our lives can use waste plastic pyrolysis plant to obtain fuel oil and carbon black, and most plastics have a higher oil yield than waste tires.

Working processes of waste tyre recycling pyrolysis plant are as following: 

1. Make reactor rotate clockwise 0.4r/min, put raw material into reactor, close feeding door.
2. Burned the fuel material (coal, wood, natural gas or oil) in the furnace. Reactor will be slowly heated, when the temperature reach around 180℃, oil gas will come out, then go to cooling system and get liquid oil. Some incondensable gas which can’t cool down will be lead to furnace through a gas pipe. It will be used to heat reactor which can save your energy. Only the first 2 hours use energy for heating. After the first 2 hours mainly use gas, little energy is OK. After pyrolysis, all the oil gas come out from reactor, the temperature will fall down. Then make it rotate anticlockwise, carbon black discharging begin.
3. When the temperature deduce to 50℃, worker can opened the door of reactor take steel wire out.
4. And then you can start the next batch.
The output of Doing’s waste tyre recycling pyrolysis plant
Take one batch 10T waste tyre recycling pyrolysis plant for example:
a. Crude oil: 45%*10t=4.5t
b. Carbon black: 35%*10t=3.5t
c. Steel wire: 13%*10t=1.3t

Auto-feeder(optional device)

1. 50 ton hydraulic pressure help feeding more raw materials.

2. The diameter is 1.4m. It can feed all kinds of raw materials, including plastic, packages of plastic, truck tire,

 car tire, or tire pieces after cutting.

4. After finishing production it can feed raw material instead of waiting the reactor to be cooled.

Auto-feeder(optional device)

1. Water from raw material will be separated here.

2. Water sealing design prevent tempering. Ensure saftety.

3. Heavy oil will be collected here.

Cooling system

1. Coil pipe cooling system : there are 22-30 pipes lied in the water pond,each pipe 6 meters long, oil gas can be cooled in

larger area and longer time,thus get higher oil yield .

2. Vertical condensrs : we supply 4 cndensors, each has 44 pipes inside the condensors. Save land and looks more neat and beautiful.

Anti-back fire device

1. Little residual gas can not be cooled. It will recycle these gas to furnace burned to heat the reactor.

2. Water sealing disign will prevent tempering. Ensure safety.

Double dust removal device

1. Dispose of flue gas caused by heating reactor using coal, wood, oil or natual gas.

2. Environment protection.

1.The size for the equipment 

Device itself covers an area of 300 square meters (25 meters long / 12 m wide), and covers an area of raw materials, end products piled up, simply rest area, office area and workers need about 600-800 square meters.

2.Operation personnel quantity:

Artificial feeding: need 3-4 workers

3.Quarantee:

Overall quality assurance two years (except wearing parts under normal operation, free maintenance), life-long maintenance. Host the Q245R boiler steel plate, can bear high temperature 700 ℃.
