Rubber compensators (also known as rubber expansion joints, rubber expansion joints, flexible rubber joints, shock absorbers, pipeline shock absorbers, shock absorbers, soft joints) are generally composed of smooth wave compensation elements with rubber flanges at both ends and metal flanges. Loose sleeve structure is often used for metal flange. The surface of the wave compensation element is made of rubber, and the inner layer is made of several layers of reinforcing interlayer such as strong fiber or steel strip (wire), which extends to the rubber flange at both ends. There is a hard steel wire skeleton in the flange.

1. The product can greatly reduce the vibration and noise of pipeline system, and fundamentally solve the problems of interface displacement, axial expansion and different centrality of various pipelines.
2. According to the different materials, it can be made into various varieties of acid, alkali, corrosion, oil and heat resistance, which can adapt to a variety of media and environment.
3. The material belongs to polar rubber, with good sealing performance, light weight, convenient installation and maintenance, and long service life. However, avoid contacting with sharp metal instruments to avoid puncturing the ball.
4. If the flexible support can be used overhead, the bolts should be tightened with diagonal method during installation.
5. If the pipeline pressure is too high, limit bolts shall be used to connect the flanges at both ends.
