Installation of double flange limit expansion joint
Double flange limit expansion joint is suitable for connecting both sides with flange. During installation, adjust the connection length between both ends of the product and flange, tighten the gland bolts evenly in turn, and then adjust the limit nut. In this way, the pipeline can expand freely within the scope of expansion, lock the expansion, and ensure the safe operation of the pipeline. It is applicable to the pipeline with flange connection on both sides. During installation, adjust the installation length between both ends of the product and flange, raise funds diagonally and tighten the gland bolts evenly, so as to make it as a whole with a certain displacement. It is convenient to adjust according to the site size during installation and maintenance. During operation, the anti axial thrust can be transmitted to the whole pipeline. It can reduce the pressure thrust (blind force) of the connected parts and compensate the installation error of the pipeline. The double flange force transfer joint can not absorb the axial displacement. Double flange force transfer joint is mainly used for loose sleeve connection of pump, valve and other accessories.
