2. The civil engineering related to the stainless steel force transfer joint has been completed and passed the joint inspection by the relevant personnel of the civil engineering and installation unit. During the inspection, the pipe support foundation, pipe bridge, pipe pier, pipe trench, cushion, valve well, as well as the embedded parts, reserved holes and waterproof shoulder used in the pipeline shall be checked according to the drawings, which must meet the design requirements and the installation requirements. Civil engineering and installation parties shall sign and approve each other;
3. The inside of pipes, pipe sections, pipe fittings, valves, etc. is reasonably clean without dirt or debris;
4. The pipe, stainless steel power transmission joint, valve and gasket have been checked according to the design requirements, and the material, specification and model are correct; The quality of pipe prefabrication meets the requirements;
5. Check the position and quantity of the guard plate for installing or welding the pipe support and hanger on the equipment to meet the requirements of the installation of stainless steel transmission joint pipe.
6. The equipment connected with stainless steel force transfer joint is qualified after alignment, fixed, and the secondary grouting meets the requirements, and the notice of piping permission is obtained.
7. For stainless steel joint with inner sleeve, attention should be paid to make the direction of inner sleeve tube consistent with the direction of medium flow, and the hinge rotation plane of hinge type expansion device consistent with the displacement rotation plane.
