The compensator is also called extender, expansion joint and ripple compensator. There are several types of compensators: corrugated compensator, sleeve compensator, rotary compensator, square natural compensator, etc. Among them, corrugated compensator is more commonly used, and compensator is mainly used to guarantee the safe operation of pipeline, with the following functions:
1.Compensate the thermal deformation of the absorption pipe in axial, transverse and angular directions.
2.Expansion of corrugated compensator to facilitate installation and removal of valve pipe.
3.Absorb equipment vibration and reduce the impact of equipment vibration on pipelines.
4.Absorb the deformation of the pipeline caused by earthquake and subsidence.
Plate and box limit expansion compensator is one of the important parts of pipe installation. The compensator has the advantages of small size, convenient installation, small area, low labor intensity, labor saving, material saving and strong practicability. The expansion quantity is 60-120mm, no seepage, no leakage, no packing, good scalability, safe and reliable, and can save maintenance workload. At the same time, there is no expansion well during installation, and the engineering cost is reduced.
1. The pressure of the product is below 1.6mpa, and the medium is used: hot water, steam, gas, various oil, the temperature is the same as the pipe.
2. The maximum thrust of the product is 0.8-1.2t, with a fatigue life of 6,500 times;
3. This product can be widely used in overhead, underground and buried pipelines;
4. Whether the steering bracket of compensator can be set or not;
5. This product is for axial installation only (straight line pipe);
6. When this product is used for underground pipeline, there is no masonry compensator well;
7. Ignition on expansion box of compensator is strictly prohibited during installation;
8. The second wave of this product is 25mm-30mm and the fourth wave is 50mm-60mm.
9. It has been proved by practice that on the high-temperature water thermal pipe network, a 2-wave expansion device should be set for above 60m, a 4-wave expansion device should be set for above 120m, and a 2-wave expansion device should be installed for the steam pipe within 30m according to the design standard.
