Double flange force transfer joint is mainly used for loose sleeve connection of pump, valve and other accessories. The double flange loose sleeve force transfer joint is composed of loose sleeve expansion joint, short pipe flange, force transfer screw and other components. It can transfer the pressure thrust (blind plate force) of the connected parts and compensate the pipeline error, and cannot absorb the axial displacement. It is mainly used for loose connection of pump, valve, pipeline and other accessories.

Installation instructions
It is composed of body, sealing ring, gland, telescopic short pipe and other main parts. The product is suitable for the pipeline with flange connection on both sides. When installing, adjust the installation length of both ends of the product and the flange, and tighten the gland bolts diagonally and evenly to form a whole. It has a certain displacement, which is convenient to adjust according to the site size during installation and maintenance. During operation, the anti axial thrust can be transmitted to the whole pipeline.
Scope of application
This product is suitable for transporting seawater, fresh water, cold and hot water, drinking water, domestic sewage, crude oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil, product oil, air, gas, steam with temperature not higher than 250 ℃ and granular powder, etc.
