The function of fine fiber sieve
The fine fiber sieve is a kind of machine which uses the gravity and low centrifugal force of the slurry itself to separate the slurry through the sieve, which is mainly used to remove the fine fiber in the coarse starch slurry. It is the cassava starch processing process, the finer screening machine.
The composition and structure of fine fiber sieve
Its composition mainly includes the drum, the transmission system, the feeding system, the backwash system, the spray system and so on. All parts that touch the raw material are made of stainless steel.
The working principle of fine fiber sieve
When the fine slag sieve is in operation, the starch slurry enters the drum through the feeding port. The drum is composed of the bottom mesh frame and the surface mesh. The driving system drives the roller to rotate at a constant speed, which drives the starch slurry to move on the roller.
Then spray rinse starch granules, small starch granules can pass through the surface screen, and discharge from the aggregate mouth, while fine fiber and other impurities remain on the screen, and discharge from the slag mouth.
