The simple introduction of the hydrocyclone station
The hydrocyclone station can be used to remove the fine fibers, protein and cell fluid in starch milk, which can be used to concentrate and purify starch milk. The general process of full hydrocyclone includes three parts: concentration, recovery and refining.
The working principle of the hydrocyclone station
The machine is separated by the use of centrifugal force and different particle specific gravity in the suspended position. The pulp enters into the cyclone tube tangentially at a certain pressure, and the complex three dimensional motion is generated in the cyclone tube, and the centrifugal force is larger. The centrifugal force obtained by different size particles is different. The centrifugal force obtained by larger particles rotates down along the wall of the tube and is discharged by the bottom flow outlet, while the centrifugal force obtained by smaller particles rotates upward near the center and is discharged by the overflow outlet, so as to achieve the purpose of removing fine fibers, proteins and cell fluid.

The installation, use and maintenance of the hydrocyclone station
Install multistage hydrocyclone station in accurate position according to process requirement. The system must be placed on a horizontal floor to adjust the level of each side of the equipment by adjusting the bolts on the support feet. Connect all input and output piping according to process flow chart. External piping must be supported separately. No external pressure shall be applied to the piping of the cleaning system. In the multistage cyclone, the starch milk is cleaned by counter-current method. Each stage cyclone in the system has feeding, overflow and bottom flow connection ports, which must be firmly connected to ensure no leakage.
