The working principle of the flash dryer
Flash dryer adopts negative pressure drying system. The wet material passes through the conveyor and enters the dryer at the same time with the heated air. The loose powder granular material is fully mixed with the hot air. In the process of air entrainment, the wet material instantly takes off the moisture and gets dry. Finally, the dried starch is discharged by cyclone separator.

The features of the flash dryer

5. After the machine is connected with a special material cooling system, which not only ensures the uniformity of moisture of finished starch, but also meets the requirements of material transportation and packaging in different places.
