Sample introduction of vacuum filter
Vacuum filter is a solid-liquid separation equipment used in sweet potato starch and potato starch production lines. The material contacting parts of the equipment are all made of stainless steel, and the speed of the vacuum drum can be adjusted by frequency conversion. The filter tank is equipped with a reciprocating agitator to prevent starch deposits.
Working process of vacuum filter
vacuum filter uses the principle of vacuum pump adsorption to achieve dehydration of starch. When the drum rotates, under the action of vacuum, a pressure difference is formed between the inside and outside of the drum, so that starch is adsorbed on the filter cloth. Through continuous vacuuming, the water contained in the starch is removed to form a filter cake. Then scrape the filter cake with a scraper, and the filtrate enters the gas-water separator.
