working process of packaging machine
The starch enters the bucket through a pneumatic valve, at which point the controller receives the weight signal from the sensor and controls it according to the set program value. Fast, medium and slow spiral feeding is adopted for feeding. When the weight of starch reaches the specified value, the feeding door is completely closed. After the entraining signal is input, the unloading door of the weighing port automatically opens, and the bag with starch automatically loosens onto the conveyor belt and is transported to the sewing machine for sewing.
