NAC pneumatic clutch replacing 10kgs magnetic powder clutch 

NAC pneumatic clutch is driven by air pressure, it transmit torque stable and high. Now in the packing and printing industry, many magnetic powder clutches are replaced by air clutch. Why? Magnetic powder clutch can be used, while it will produce spark and degaussing magnetic after long time usage, it is not safe and torque is not stable, so many users changed it to air driven clutch. NAC industrial air shaft clutch is a kind of friction pads clutch. It is composed of cylinder, piston, flange plate, two-cut friction pads. After flowing into air pressure, piston pushed flange plate compressed with friction pads, then clutch linked. This clutch is like a connector, it can transmit power from driving part to driven part directly.

When the flange plate connected with power through chain wheel, gear wheel, V-belt pulley, when the motor working, driving flange plate will be rotated together. But in this time, the driven shaft is not working. If needed to transmit power from driving flange plate to driven shaft, we should input air pressure, making flange plate touches with friction pad, power transmitted to the driven part, so the driven part will be rotating together.
