NAC-2 Micro dimension pilot mounted friction clutch
There are some models of air friction clutch, like NAC-2, NAC-5, NAC-10, NAC-20, NAC-40, NAC-60. In these clutches, NAC-2 is micro dimension pneumatic clutch. Its size is 115mm*120mm*20mm, bore diameter is 20mm. It can transmit torque is 26N.m, so it is suitable applied in precision situation.
NAC2 is a special size pneumatic clutch, its structure is similar with regular NAC5, NAC10, NAC20, NAC40, NAC60, function is the same.
NAC industrial air shaft clutch is a kind of friction pads pneumatic clutch, it is composed of cylinder, piston, flange plate, friction pad. After passing into air pressure, piston pushed flange plate touches with friction pad, then clutch linked. This NAC2 is a small size friction clutch used for tension control for transmission industry.
When the flange plate connected with power through chain wheel, gear wheel, V-belt pulley, when the motor working, driving flange plate will be rotated together. But in this time, the driven shaft is not working. If needed to transmit power from driving flange plate to driven shaft, we should input air pressure, making flange plate touches with friction pad, power transmitted to the driven part, so the driven part will be rotating together.

It can be adjust torque in wide range according to air pressure adjustment.

3. Suitable for high-frequent, continuous sliding movement
It is durable in high frequency, high load and continuous sliding movement industry situation, also can be used as limiter.

After connecting, increase air pressure softly, to reach stable start and reduce impact for equipment

Good heat dissipation and less abrasion.

Belt can be connected with clutch for working, convenient for usage.
