BTCL-10 Handong made pneumatic tooth clutch with longer shaft
BTCL-10 longer bore shaft pneumatic tooth clutch is a customized prolong bore length pneumatic clutch. "L" is the abbreviation of "Long", that is to say, the BTC-10L bore length is longer than standard BTC-10. It is Handong special design & made for paper making line and printing machine, only Handong can make it.
BTCL-10 is widely used in paper and non-woven fabric making equipment. Some customers annoyed that their present bore is shorter to fix with BTC-10 clutch, so we make this special longer bore pneumatic tooth clutch to meet customer's requirement, help them solve this problem. So this clutch can be used directly after mounted on customers' equipment.

BTCL-10 prolong bore shaft pneumatic tooth clutch is evolved from the BTC-10, except the bore is longer than regular BTC-10, the other size and transmit power is the same with it. BTCL-10 pneumatic gear clutch is the customized based on BTC-10, extension the shaft length, widely used in customized automation equipment, packaging and printing machinery and etc. Power can be transmitted through shaft by connecting with chain wheel, pulley belt, sproket, shaft and etc.
This BTCL-10 pneumatic tooth clutch is extensive applied in paper making machine. Because of paper making machine shaft is short, so we make this customized clutch to meet its requirement. If your bore diameter is special, you can tell us, we can make its bore dimension special to meet your requirement.
In above case, BTCL-10 is shaft and belt installation. Driving tooth plate is connected with motor power through belt, and driven tooth plate connected with driven part via shaft. After inputting air source, clutch linked, driving tooth plate and driven tooth plate connected, then power transmit from driving tooth plate to driven tooth plate directly. With this mode, motor is working always in working time, it doesn't need to started and stopped frequently, so it can protect motor or other power source greatly.
