BDC superior quality groups friction plates for engineering vehicle
BDC multi-plates pneumatic clutch is a high torque and compact size clutch, it is widely applied in engineering vehicles. BDC pilot clutch is composed of group steel and copper-based friction plates, it is suitable for high speed connecting and rotating. This steel and copper-based friction plates without slippage, so this BDC clutch can be used in dry and wet working situation.
BDC model pneumatic multiple friction plates clutch is made of some groups of steel and copper-based friction plates, normally it is six or eight groups according to models.There are some models of it: BDC-40, BDC-60, BDC-100, BDC-200, BDC-300.
Group sheaves clutch can transmit high torque, it is driven by air pressure, released via return springs. Power motor controls driven part after clutch linked, when this clutch separated, driving part rotating with motor, then driven part stoppped.
BDC multi-disc air clutch is composed of cylinder, piston, steel plate, copper based sheet, driving plate, driven plate and etc. After supplying air pressure, piston pushes driving plate to slide along the direction of the axis, group steel disc compressed group copper-based friction plates to come into an integrated structure, clutch linked. After exhausting air pressure, group steel discs and group copper-based friction plates are separated by separate springs, clutch released.

From this technical data, we can see that this BDC clutch is also pilot mounted, bore diameter is 30-95mm. It is suitable for high speed connecting and rotating, the max connecting speed is 700-2500r/min, and max rotating speed is 700-2500r/min.
This BDC pneumatic clutch can transmit high torque, used in heavy and hard working situation. Such as engineering vehicle, sanitaton vehicle, cleaning car, sweeper, watering cart, suction sewage truck and so on.
In this case, BDC multi-disc clutch is used in tank car, motor power is connected with clutch via belt. In case of BDC clutch shaking or air pipe winded during working, it is fixed on a flange plate via screws softly.
