BDCV multi-disc pneumatic clutch equiped with blet groove
BDCV multi-disc pneumatic clutch is based on BDC bore clutch. It is updated with belt groove, which is convenient for V-belt installation to transmit motor power.
BDCV model Air multiple friction plates clutch is also made of multi-disc friction plates . It is engagement by air pressure, no slippage, connecting stable. Integrated structure can transmit high torque in compact size, it is suitable for high-speed engagement and rotating.
HD made cleaning vehicle pneumatic clutch mounting instruction:
1) Sanitation cleaning vehicle air clutch should be clean up, wipe off anti-rust grease and other sundries before mounting.
Clutch coaxial installation and divided into shaft instalation both available. The shaft end should be fixed, driving part and part axial float is not allowed. When divided into shaft installation, driving tooth plate and driven tooth plate coaxiality should be less than 0.1mm.
2) When installation this multiple friction lining air clutch, make sure there is a certain gap between two ends of tooth, no tooth grinding when idle, but this gap shouldn't larger than δ value. Electrogmagnetic clutch and brake is class B insulation, normal temperature is 40℃。
Limited thermal equilibrium working temperature should be not exceed 100℃, otherwise wire and frictin parts will be easy broken. Clutch power supply is 24V DC, special order is not included. It is obtained by reducing voltage and full wave rectification ( or bridge rectification) of three-phase or single-phase AC voltage, no stable voltage and flat wave required power should be large enough.

From this above technical data, we can there are only two models of this BDCV multi-disc clutch: BDCV-50 and BDCV-100. They can transmit torque 500N.m and 1000N.m in separately. On the other hand, its bore diameter is 30mm and 40mm available.
