High quality spring engagement air shaft tooth and tooth brake
CBM Air shaft normal braking tooth brake is also a type of spring applied air release brake. It is braked via springs, and released via inputting air pressure. With this character, so this spring engagement brake is usually used for emergency stop or urgent stop situation.
CBM tooth and tooth brake working thoery is similar with HABB spring engagement brake. Normally, braking springs compressed piston end tooth and hollow shaft tube end tooth, brake is in braking status. After supplying air pressure, piston moves towards to and compresses braking springs in the direction of fixed base spline, both ends of tooth separated, brake released.
Following is the main characters of CBM pneumatic tooth brake:
1. Use two ends of tooth engagement for braking, not easy slippage, braking large torque and no damage.
2. Braking and releasing can be finished in constant, can reach exact orientation.
3. Two ends of tooth use special process technology, high strength, good abrasion and long service life.
4. Normal braking design.
