Pneumatic fan cool multi-disc caliper brake
DBK is the pneumatic fan cool multi-disc caliper brake. This fan cool combiflex pneumatic brake is composed of some modulars, it is matched with braking disk. Some braking modulars combined together, so it can produce large braking force reached to 960N.m. On the other hand, this brake is equiped with a braking disk, so installed it on worktable is enough.
This kind of brake is easy for operation and braking. Handong made DBK250 multiple caliper disc brake can well replace RE CX250 fan cool combiflex pneumatic brake in dimension and function.
DBK air caliper disc brake with multiple modulars, its braking torque can be adjusted in a large range via regulating air pressure. When air pressure larger, this DBK multi-disc brake's braking force is larger, too. When air pressure less than 0.6Mpa, its braking power is smaller. It is suitable for urgent braking and tension control.

This combiflex pneumatic fan cool brake is composed of some groups of modulars, cooling fan and braking disk to be an integrated structure. This single modular is also can be used for braking independently. For example, DBK10 is one modular of it, its braking disk thickness is 10mm, braking disk diameter is 250mm or more. For the DBK20.2, it is two modular combined with a frame, suitable for braking disk thickness is 20mm. Four pieces of modular is also can be combined together without braking disk and cooling fan like this.
This pneumatic multiple disc brake is extensive applied in aluminum foil machine, tissue machine, carton board machine, paper making machine, plastic film equipment, wire & cable machinery, printing machine, packaging machine and etc. On the other hand, it can be used in rewinding and winding machine for tention control.
