CX single modular pneumatic brake DBK10
DBK250 model combiflex pneumatic friction brake is a caliper disc brake with fan. It is consist of some pieces of DBK10 or DBK20 together. It is good for heat dissipation, and the turbine disc design can reduce heat during rotating, so as to prolong braking pads and brake usage life span.
DBK10 is one of braking modules of combiflex fan cooled pneumatic brake, it can be replaced independently and easily if friction pads worn. Its caliper disc brake, friction lining clamp braking disc after supplying air pressure, brake released after exhausting air pressure.
According to the braking disc thickness, there are DBK10 and DBK20 two models. DBK10 is suitable braking disc thickness is 10mm, DBK20 is suitable for braking disc thickness 20mm, braking dis diameter is more 250mm.
Following is the structure and technical data of this combined brake:
DBK10 and DBK20 are both friction caliper disc brake, so they are used to clamp steel plate for stopping. Their installation is very easy, fixed four installation holes via screws on the workplate is done.
