Wire feeding way
The longitude wires and cross wires should be pre-straightened and pre-cut.
● Longitude wire feeding:
The longitude wires should be inserted into slot tunnel (cast iron) manually, or inserted into wire feeding car first, then send by Panasonic (Japan) servo motor, the workers can feed wires when welding, save time.
● Cross wire feeding:
The cross wires are fed from cross wire feeder automatically. The feeder is controlled by step motor and has high capacity, can put a bundle of wires every time.

Ⅰ Installation and training
The seller can send their engineer to buyer’s place for machine installation and worker training. The buyer will be in charge of the expenses.
The buyer will be in charge of the technician’s two-way air tickets, hotel, meals, visa fee, translator and engineer’s salary 100USD per day).
Ⅱ Guarantee time: two years
The guarantee date is two years. If the parts of machine like transformer, motor, circuit board and so on go wrong as the right operation The seller will send the spare parts for free（Easy wear out parts are not included）.
Two years later, the seller can also send engineer to help mending the machine and the buy will pay the charge.
