The working principle of
Low-temperature plasma exhaust purifier working principle is to use high voltage generator to form low temperature plasma, the average energy of about 5 ev under the action of a large number of electronic, make through the purifier of benzene, toluene, xylene and other organic waste gas molecules into a variety of active particles, and combine with the O2 in the air to generate low molecular harmless material such as H2O, CO2, the waste gas purification.
During the process, when the organic gas enters the cold ionized reaction chamber, the gas is evenly distributed to the plasma reaction (PRC).There is a coronal wire in the center of each pipe reflecting the room, separated from the reaction chamber.The high voltage can be adjusted by conducting the reaction chamber through the high voltage wire. In the high voltage guide channel, the coronal wire in the pipe generates the discharge phenomenon from the wire to the pipe wall.Once discharged, plasma electrons collide with gas molecules to produce chemically active nuclides, known as radical and load carriers.In addition, it also has the function of miniature electrostatic precipitator, which can discharge dust.At the same time, ambient or secondary gases were injected to optimize the humidity and temperature level of the reaction chamber, while ions were added to improve the reaction reflecting the chamber.This cold ionized treatment causes organic gases to "oxidize" at low temperatures.
