Brief introduction:
Activated carbon adsorption tower is an excellent purification equipment for treating organic waste gas and odor.Activated carbon adsorption is an effective measure to remove water odor, natural and synthetic dissolved organic matter, micro-pollution, etc.Most larger organic molecules, such as aromatic compounds, halogenated acetylene can firmly adsorbed on activated carbon on the surface or space, and the humus, synthetic organic matter and low molecular weight organic compounds have obvious removal effect. Activated carbon adsorption as deep purification process, often used for waste water level at the end of the processing, can also be used for long production water and domestic water purification processing.When dust and particulate matter are more, activated carbon adsorption device can be used together with the water curtain machine, water spray tower and UV plasma, to achieve the exhaust gas purification standards.
Working principle:
The activated carbon adsorption device is mainly composed of activated carbon layer and supporting layer.Activated carbon has developed voids, large specific surface area, has a high adsorption capacity.It is because of the characteristics of activated carbon, it is widely used in the deep treatment of water, such as domestic water, sewage after the (clean water) deep treatment.
Dust gas powered by fan, positive pressure or negative pressure into the tower body, there is not due to the solid surface activated carbon balance and unsaturated molecular attraction or chemistry health, thus when the solid surface contact with the gas, can attract a gas molecule, to make it strong and keep on the solid surface, pollutants to adsorb, exhaust gas after filter into the equipment dust exhausting system, purge gas high standards.
