Air - floating precipitation machine
The all-in-one floatation sedimentation machine and the famous all-in-one floatation filtration machine are mainly applied to treat all kinds of wastewater whose floc proportion is close to water after the reaction of wastewater. They are widely used in the industries of machinery, chemical industry, textile, transportation and food, etc., especially for the treatment of oilfield drilling wastewater, oilfield water injection and refinery wastewater.
The working principle of
The physical and chemical methods are adopted in the main processing process of the all-in-one precipitator.Traditional mature processes such as chemical method, air float method and filtration adsorption method are designed by organic combination.It has the characteristics of simple and reasonable process, wide adaptability, compact structure, convenient transportation and installation, simple operation, stable and reliable performance.It has a good effect on the separation of oil and water, the removal of suspended matter, COD and BOD.
Structural characteristics of
The whole device of the all-in-one air floatation sedimentation machine is composed of sewage pump, metering device, dosing box, reaction tank, air floatation tank, air floatation system, sand filter, activated carbon adsorption column and electric control system. The following 10t/h is combined on the same base, and the above 10t/h is assembled as a whole from parts to the site for convenient transportation.When the whole device is adjusted to normal operation, it can be basically in automatic operation state, easy to operate.
