Working principle:
Need to deal with the degree of gas in the ventilation, the glass fiber reinforced plastic centrifugal fan pressure into the shower after the inlet section of tower, vertical and spray top-down absorbing liquid neutralization reaction, reduce waste gas concentration, and then continue up into the packing section, exhaust gas in sight of material ball rolling to the neutralization reaction of absorbing liquid, reduce waste gas concentration further after the dehydrator, remove liquid and the gas discharge atmospheric after purification.
Application scope:
Widely used in chemical industry, electronics, metallurgy, electroplating, textile (chemical fiber), food, machinery manufacturing and other industries in the process of the emission of acid, alkali alkaline waste gas treatment.Such as seasoning food, making acid, pickling, electricity, electrolysis, batteries, etc.
