CZW Diesel engine driving self-priming sewage pump
Application:
Flood control and drainage works, Rainwater and general sewage, Municipal sewage works, construction sites and civil air defense drainage stations, Waste water from industries such as light industry, paper making, textile, food, chemical industry, electric industry and mining, Sewage discharge in residential areas, Sewage and sediment from the water purification system, Tannery, slaughterhouse sewage, river breeding, Brewing and sugar, sewage discharge or drainage the water which has been seriously polluted.
Structure and features:
CZW diesel engine sewage pump unit integrates self-priming and non-clogging sewage and adopts the diesel engine to drive the axial backflow outward mixing type. The pump body and impeller have the unique design. It does not need to install the bottom valve and pour water when pump works. The pump unit can absorb and discharge the liquids with large particle solid and long fiber etc. impurity.
The pump unit can be widely used in municipal sewage and waterlogging control engineering, agricultural irrigation, etc. The diesel engine pump has the characteristics of simple structure, good self-priming performance, strong sewage discharge capacity, high efficiency and energy saving, easy to use and maintain
Main parts:
1.Diesel engine pump set has the main parts such as diesel engine, water pump, coupling, cooling fan, cooling water tank, steel structure base (including bottom fuel tank 80-120L), battery and connection parts, exhaust muffler, control panel.
2. The standard design is a combination of pump unit, bottom oil tank, control panel and battery etc.
3. According to customer requirements, diesel engine driving sewage pump can be designed into a pump group, bottom oil tank, control panel, battery, movable wheel, outdoor rain box etc.
4. It can be designed into a trailer (four-wheel or two-wheel) mobile type according to customer requirements.
Working conditions:
1. Ambient temperature ≤50℃, medium temperature ≤80℃, special requirements up to 200℃.
2. The PH of the medium is 6-9 for cast iron and 2-13 for stainless steel.
3.The medium weight shall not exceed 1240kg/m3.
4. The height of self-suction shall not exceed 4.5-5.5m, and the length of the suction pipe shall not exceed 10m.
