Introduction
Electrolytic aluminum or cast aluminum in the production process will produce a large number of scum, we call this scum aluminum ash. Aluminum ash contains higher content of metal aluminum, commonly used is the method of large pot frying ash, in the process of frying ash, will produce a lot of smoke and dust, not only pollution of the environment, but also directly affect people's health. Another way is to use direct combustion of coal is relatively low prices, to fry ash, but if the coal is burning, smoke contains a large amount of carbon monoxide gas, there are a lot of smoke at the same time, this is root cause of environmental pollution by aluminum directly, with the improving of the coal prices, coupled with the dangers of pollution, use coal technology for the processing of aluminum production has gradually be eliminated. With the improvement of people's awareness of environmental protection, many powerful enterprises now begin to use rotary kiln equipment to recover aluminum ash, which not only greatly improves the output and purity of aluminum alloy, but also improves the environment.
Working Principle
Raw ore is directly fed into the kiln tail of aluminum ash rotary kiln by electronic belt scale, belt conveyor, stable bin and lock valve from the storage, and only stable bin is set at the kiln tail to reduce investment. After the ore enters the aluminum ash rotary kiln, it is firstly heated. The raw ore moves in reverse with the hot gas flow in the kiln. After the raw ore is heated to the reduction temperature in the heating zone, it enters the reduction zone. Reduction zone flame center at about 1000 ℃ temperature control, reduction of area around 700 ℃ hot atmosphere temperature control and reduction reaction gas, after the entry into the cooling belt, meet with into gas, gas preheating, ore are cooled back out of aluminum ash rotary kiln, after continuous water bucket conveyor, into the repository to be selected.
