Introduction
Alumina rotary kiln is the key and core equipment for alumina production by sintering method. The use performance of burner, the service life of lining, the stability of supporting system, the stability of transmission system and the stability of exhaust system of rotary kiln all determine the use period and operation of rotary kiln.
Working Principle
Alumina rotary kiln belongs to rotary drum equipment.Cylinder body of firebrick lining and heat exchange device, with low speed rotation, the material and the hot flue gas is commonly counterflow heat transfer, materials from the top of the kiln (also known as the cold end or tail), due to the tilt cylinder installation, in turn, preservation.the along the circumference of a circle rolling along the axial moving at the same time, the burner at the low end (also called hot end or kiln head end) injection fuel, flue gas by the upper discharge.The material is heated in the process of moving and then discharged from the low end by means of physical and chemical changes.
Characteristic
1. The kiln body is rolled with carbon steel or alloy steel plate and automatically welded.
2. Alloy cast steel is used for wheel belt, supporting wheel and open gear of alumina rotary kiln.
3. Alumina rotary kiln sliding bearing adopts large-clearance non-scraping bearing.
4. Hard tooth surface reducer, elastic diaphragm coupling, dc motor drive.
5. Alumina rotary kiln adopts hydraulic baffle whee.
6. The kiln head and kiln tail are respectively sealed by scale lamination and cylinder compression.
7. Alumina rotary kiln is equipped with slow driving device.
