Introduction
Ceramsite rotary kiln is to calcine rotary cylinder equipment of various materials, working temperature (950 ℃ ~ 1050 ℃) can be achieved.It is widely used in ferrous metallurgy, non-ferrous metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials (cement), non-metallic minerals, refractory materials, paper, environmental protection and other industries, with high unit volume, long kiln life, high operation rate, stable operation, high heat transfer efficiency, low heat consumption and other characteristics, is the ideal calcining equipment.
Working Principle
Ceramic sand rotary kiln cylinder is the transmission part been heated. The kiln cylinder is blended with High-quality sedation steel, and the cylinder is supported on the 2-7 sliding or rolling bearing supporting device. There is also designed mechanical or hydraulic catching roller to control the cylinder axial rotation. The rotary kiln rotate through the transmission gear set in the middle of the kiln.
