YLB Stainless steel slurry pump for filter press machine.
The rated performance point and size for YLB pump meet with the international standard iso2858-1975 (e) and it is the replacement of enamel pump, ceramic pump, rubber lining pump, fluorine alloy pump, F type corrosion pump, IH chemical centrifugal pump.
YLB Stainless steel slurry pump for filter press machine is used to convey the corrosive slurry liquids with the temperature of -10℃ to 110℃ (the liquids with particles).The products are widely used in chemical industry, petroleum, starch, pharmaceutical, dye, paint, smelting, paper making, electroplating, electric power, food and other industries.
Mechanical seal adopts negative pressure device. In the case of increasing pressure and decreasing flow rate for a long time to transport liquid, mechanical seal does not bear the working pressure to ensure that the mechanical seal never leak
YLB type low speed slurry pump for filter press machine is used for transporting slurry containing larger granularity or have designed for sand pulp. The low speed large flow pump is with axial suction inlet and radial discharging outlet to ensure that the larger sand particles enter the pump cavity of the open impeller and is discharged out immediately. It will not lead to wear and tear or by stopping particles into pump cavity to be clogging between the impeller and the pump cover, pump body. The general centrifugal pump can not achieve the effect.
Pump Materials: 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 1Cr18Ni 12Mo2Ti, 304, 304L,316L, duplex stainless steel, F46, fluorine plastic alloy, UHMWPE and other materials according to the pumped medium.

Flow rate 6.3 to 200m3 /h,
Head:5 to 125m.
