CPN corrosion resistant alkali liquids transfer pump is used to convey alkali liquids containing solid particles and other liquids which is easy t crystalize. CPN alkali liquid transfer pump is widely for chlor-alkali, soda industry, medicine, chemical fertilizer, pesticide industry, petroleum, chemical industry, chemical fiber, paper industry, dye industry, environmental protection engineering and water treatment system etc.
For the liquids with high temperature, the pump equipped with cooling water device can be sed. CPN alkali liquids transfer pump has the high efficiency, low energy consumption, strong corrosion resistance and not clogging etc. features.
Pump rotation direction: Viewed the pump from the driving end, it is for clockwise. In the inspection of the disassembled impeller and shaft seal, CPN alkali liquids transfer pump has this kind of back door structure and need not disassemble the pipeline and electric motor. The maintenance is simple and convenient.
1. Pump body is supported by cast foot to bear any load from the pipeline and so as to ensure the service life of the bearing and mechanical seal.
2. The pump shaft with high rigidity is precisely machined and the bearing is lubricated with thin oil, and the oil level of the bearing body is measured by the oil ruler, which is reliable, practical and easy to operate. Pump design with axial clearance adjustment mechanism can reduce the impact of wear on pump performance.
3, Open impeller is not easy to be blocked.
4. Packing seal and single or double mechanical seal can be chosen. There are internal and external mounting and balance, non - balance structure.
5. Y-type ordinary motor or YB type explosion-proof motor shall be used as the power driving.
