RY heat oil centrifugal pump is mainly used to convey weak corrosive high temperature liquids without solid particles . The liquid temperature is no higher than 350℃. RY Centrifugal pump is an ideal hot oil circulation pump.
RY hot oil pump is single stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump with foot support structure. The inlet of the pump is axial suction and the outlet is vertical upward.
RY hot oil pumps are supported by a double-end ball bearing support structure, with the front end lubricated by lubricating oil and the back end lubricated by grease. There is a guide oil pipe in the middle, which can be used to observe seal condition and recover heat conduction oil at any time.
RY hot oil pumps adopt natural heat dissipation structure to replace the traditional water cooling structure so as to make the structure simple, small volume, low operating cost, stable performance, reliable use.
(1) the packing seal is combined with the mechanical seal. The packing seal is made of high-temperature resistant materials with good thermal adaptability. The mechanical seal is made of hard alloy with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance, which ensures the sealing performance in the high-temperature environment.
(2) lip seal is made of PTFE with strong corrosion resistance.
RY hot oil pump is widely used in Oil and grease industry, Synthetic fiber industry, textile printing and dyeing industry, Plastics and rubber industry, Paper industry, Timber industry, Construction industry, Machinery industry, food industry, medical industry, hot oil furnace oil supply circulation system, hot oil heating circulation system etc.
