FB, AFB chemical pump is made of stainless steel material as the single stage single suction cantilever corrosion resistant centrifugal pump. FB,AFB Stainless steel chemical pump adopts the leading hydraulic model, novel construction and high strength combination of single or double end mechanical seal and has high efficiency and energy saving, compact structure, stable function, reliable use and other advantages.
FB,AFB stainless steel chemical pump is suitable for transporting corrosive liquid without solid particles. The temperature of the medium transported is -40 to 105 DegC and the high-temperature medium whose temperature is below 300DegC for the chemical pump with double-end sealing cold device.
Flow rate: 3.6 to 200m3/h;
Head: 15 to 64m;
Speed: 2900rpm;
Power: 0.75 to 55KW;
Inlet diameter: 25 to 150mm;
Maximum operating pressure: 2.0mpa.
Rotation direction of pump: viewed from the pump inlet to the motor end, rotation direction is clockwise.
The pump and motor are equipped with an elastic coupling on the same base.
The shaft seal of the pump adopts the new structure of auxiliary impeller decompression and double-end mechanical seal, and the seal chamber is filled with excellent calcium grease and equipped with oil cup
FB, AFB stainless steel corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump is widely used in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, light industry, synthetic fiber, environmental protection, food, medicine and other industries. This pump chooses double end face mechanical seal to reduce run, take, drip, leak, further, to avoid pollution. It has the advantages of safe and reliable function, good sealing function, beautiful appearance and convenient maintenance.
