GBY series concentrated sulfuric acid submerged pump is a new type of concentrated sulfuric acid submersible pump, which is designed according to the performance parameters of FY submerged pump and with the improved materials. Compared with traditional domestic concentrated sulfuric acid pump, this pump has unique characteristics and low price. It is a good choice of circulating sulfuric acid pump for drying tower and absorbing tower in sulfuric acid production.

1. Reasonable structure.

2, material choice of special cast iron, carbon steel two kinds, economic and practical, high efficiency and energy saving.

3. Open impeller is adopted for conveying liquid containing particles (the diameter of particles should not exceed 30% of the diameter of the suction inlet of the pump), stable operation and no blockage.

GBY series special steel iron pump for concentrated sulfuric acid is widely used in 80 to 100% sulfuric acid, the temperature can reach 60-80℃.Sulfuric acid concentration: 80% to 98% special cast iron temperature: 25 ~ 50 degrees, special carbon steel temperature: 25 ~ 60 degrees.
