Single screw extruder equipment introduction: skr- SJ series single screw extruder is a new type of high efficiency single screw extruder developed by our company. The German technology is introduced, and the composition of the separated screw and the mixing element is optimized to achieve the following advantages: 1. Single screw extruder is mainly composed of screw, cylinder, transmission system, head coupling, electrical control box and so on. The main results are as follows: (1) Screw is the key part to complete the transportation and plasticity of plastics. Because of its rotation, the plastic is pushed forward, so as to achieve the purpose of compaction, melting and mixing and homogenization. The thread is composed of different functional segments to achieve better transportation, compaction, mixing, plasticizing effect and high output. The screw material is made of high quality nitrided steel (38crmoala), which has high corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and has a long service life. (2) the cylinder is a part matched with the screw. The cylinder is made of nitride steel, the inner hole is nitrided to achieve higher hardness and better wear resistance, and has a certain corrosion resistance. There are five groups of heaters on its outer surface. The heat is transferred from the cylinder to the plastic to melt the plastic. There are five temperature measuring points in each part of the heater cylinder, which can be controlled automatically in the temperature range of plastic processing. The fifth heating area of the cylinder is equipped with air circulation cooling, which can accelerate the cooling of the cylinder and improve the accuracy of temperature control. (3) the flange joint of the machine head is a part connecting the head and the cylinder, which is heated by a heating ring to prevent the cooling of the molten plastic. (4) under the selected technological conditions, the transmission system of the transmission system makes the screw rotate uniformly with the necessary torque in order to complete the plasticity and transportation of plastics by the screw, in order to meet the production requirements of various specifications of plastic products, The screw should have different rotating speed. This machine adopts variable frequency motor to drive the gearbox directly through the coupling, and uses the governor to realize the speed regulation, so that the screw speed is smooth in the range of speed regulation.
