Applicaiton
MGY-100BL hydraulic anchor drilling rig is new generation of highly efficient hydraulic anchor drilling rig, developed based on our MGY-100A and MGY-100B anchor drilling rig which are split-type of anchor drillings rigs, can be widely used in the field of municipal deep excavation construction, bolt cable construction, jet grouting holes and so on.
Features
High drilling efficiency. As the rig uses a hydraulic chuck with large inner hole, a fixed 6m drill rod in one time, to reduce the number of adding and screw-off drill rod and improve the effective working time.
As a result of crawler chassis drive, the down-up adjustment distance of the rig is 400mm. Hole position adjustment time is greatly reduced.
The rig has holder and shackle device. Through operating with the power head chunk, it can reduce operator's labor intensity.
As the rig has a hydraulic chuck with inner hole diameter of 110mm, no need to make any alteration on top-drive head, you can adopt a single tube, double tube, three tubes to make jet-grounting, reverse circulation drilling and 108mm pipe-rof construction.
